1. Account Terms

By creating an account on The View™, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

2. AI and Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the media you upload and the final videos you export. By using our AI tools (SMR CineGen, Smart Captions, etc.), you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your media for the sole purpose of providing the service.

AI Content: You are responsible for the content generated by AI using your prompts. Do not use the service to generate illegal, deep-fake, or harmful content.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

AI features are powered by a credit system.

• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Pro Monthly subscriptions grant a set number of credits per month. Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over.
• Purchased Credit Packs do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support portal.

4. Limitations of Liability

The View™ utilizes local browser rendering and cloud-based product. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser crashes, hardware limitations, or service interruptions from third-party providers. We recommend saving your project frequently.
